Kav Ambadath

Hi, I'm Kav. Growing up in India and navigating the corporate world, I felt constant pressure to excel, leading to a deep fear of failure, stress, and anxiety. Balancing external expectations with my own aspirations was a challenge—one that ultimately sparked a journey of self-discovery.

Along the way, I explored diverse roles, from Karate Instructor and Personal Trainer to Counsellor and Hypnotherapist. Each step deepened my understanding of resilience, growth, and the power of the mind, shaping my mission to help others find balance, confidence, and purpose.

Life can box us in, making us feel lost, anxious, and disconnected. But you don’t have to stay stuck. As a hypnotherapist, counsellor, and fitness educator, I help you break free from stress and self-doubt.
